Yes, it is a very safe and supportive process, particularly when working with a well-trained, qualified, and experienced past life therapist. Your subconscious mind is always protecting you and will only bring forward memories or information that you are ready to handle and process. You are in control at all times and can open your eyes and end the session whenever you choose.

Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home. Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through.
