Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, a private, quiet room where you will not be disturbed is essential. I tell my clients to plan for both two legged and four legged distractions. A family member walking in, a phone ringing or a dog whining at the door pulls you right out of the deep theta state, so arrange childcare, ask your partner to handle whatever comes up in the house, and turn your phone off. If home is simply too busy, some of my clients stay at a quiet friend's house, sit out in their vehicle, or book a hotel room for the day. Whatever it takes to give yourself a few uninterrupted hours is worth it, because that privacy is what lets you go all the way in.

Sometimes, yes. Clients who explore unexplained digestive or stomach discomfort in hypnosis sometimes connect those sensations to a previous lifetime. A person with severe stomach tightness might, for example, recall a past life with an injury to the abdomen. In my framework, memories like that are symbolic carryovers, a kind of phantom trigger the subconscious has held onto. Looking back at the event from a safe, detached observer's perspective lets you process what happened and release the emotional tension tied to it. Clients often tell me they feel lighter afterward. The session is about understanding what your subconscious has been carrying and giving it a chance to let go.

Those fast flashes are what I call leading images, and I can slow them down. Some of my clients are not especially visual, so a past life memory arrives as a quick scene that appears and vanishes, almost like a slide show. When that happens I use specific hypnotic suggestions that ask your subconscious to let the images settle and hold still long enough to look at. I also shift your attention away from your inner vision and toward what you feel in your body and your emotions, because those channels tend to be steadier. What typically happens is the scene stabilizes, and once it holds we can gather rich, detailed information from it just as we would from a vivid picture.

You do not need to deliver eloquent descriptions for this to go well. There is no right or wrong way to experience trance, and once the analytical mind steps aside, words come more easily than you expect. I keep my questions gentle and open, things like what do you notice and tell me more, and I let your impressions come out at their own pace. It is a collaboration rather than a performance. Quiet and anxious clients typically find they feel comfortable within a few minutes and share their journey just fine, and some of the richest sessions I have facilitated came from people who barely said a word in everyday life.

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.
