Yes, all of my sessions are conducted online via Zoom. This allows you to relax in the comfort and safety of your own home, which many clients find actually deepens the experience. Energy and spiritual connection are not bound by physical distance. You will need a quiet, undisturbed space and a reliable internet connection, and the experience will be just as profound as any in-person session.

I began studying with Dolores Cannon in 2008 and returned each year for the next four years. As I tell my students, I have taken what I learned and made it my own. Both hypnosis and meditation involve a relaxed, focused state of awareness, but they serve different purposes. Meditation is generally a practice of quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness. Hypnosis is a guided process with a specific therapeutic or exploratory goal. In a regression session, I use hypnosis to guide you to a particular destination, whether that is a past life, the space between lives, or the root cause of a current challenge.
Many people are surprised when they realize how natural hypnosis feels. It is a state we enter naturally every day, such as when we are daydreaming or just before falling asleep. My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state. As long as you have a genuine desire to experience the session and are willing to follow my voice, you can be guided into the appropriate level of trance for this deep inner work.
