Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You will need a quiet, undisturbed space and a reliable internet connection, and the experience will be just as profound as any in-person session.

Word of mouth and personal referrals are always a good starting point. Beyond that, look for a practitioner with formal training in both spiritual hypnosis and hypnotherapy. This distinction matters more than many people realize.
