In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

Word of mouth and personal referrals are always a good starting point. Beyond that, look for a practitioner with formal training in both spiritual hypnosis and hypnotherapy. This distinction matters more than many people realize. Many practitioners who offer QHHT or Past Life Regression have little to no foundational training in hypnosis itself, which limits their ability to guide you into the depth of trance this work requires. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home. It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming.
