Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. Safe and supported, you allow the answers to come from within.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

The most important preparation is setting a clear intention. Take some time before your session to reflect on what you are hoping to explore or understand. Get a good night's sleep, avoid alcohol or heavy meals beforehand, and find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. When you schedule your session, you will receive a detailed preparation email with everything you need to get ready. Come with an open mind and a willingness to trust the process, and your inner knowing will guide you to exactly what you need.

Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home. I have guided clients in Lodi and throughout California to profound experiences entirely online, and the feedback is consistently positive.

Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.

Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.
