Yes, they can. Ongoing stomach tightness, nausea, reflux or digestive trouble that nothing seems to account for is frequently a carryover from the way a previous life ended. Someone who died of starvation, poisoning or a stab wound to the abdomen can carry that physical memory forward as a kind of phantom trigger, the body bracing against something that is long over. In the session we look at that event under hypnosis and separate the old injury from the body you have now. Clients often tell me the symptoms ease once that separation is made, and many describe their body finally settling down. It is one of the more common things I see in sessions.

You need a computer, a solid internet connection, a webcam and a headset. A laptop or desktop is much better than a tablet or phone, and it needs to be plugged directly into power so nothing shuts off in the middle of a four to five hour session. High speed internet keeps the connection steady. Position your webcam so I can see your face and upper torso, because I watch your breathing throughout the session. The most important piece is a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth. Your voice gets soft and relaxed in trance, and that close microphone is what lets me hear you clearly and record the session for you.

Yes. Losing a spouse, partner or close friend can be devastating, and in my framework these deep connections are often guided by agreements made before birth. In my experience partners frequently agree to come into a life together and even choose who will leave first, so that the loss becomes a catalyst for the other person's spiritual awakening and growth. In hypnosis you can connect directly with the soul of your partner on the other side. Clients often receive comforting messages and signs from that meeting, and they come away with a felt sense that the person is still with them in a different way. No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session tailored to you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.
