The Council of Elders is a group of highly advanced, loving spiritual beings you meet during a Life Between Lives session. They are not there to judge you. Think of them more as a loving board of trustees who review your past incarnations and your soul's progress with you. During this meeting I bring in the list of questions you prepared, so you can ask the Council directly about your overall life purpose, the lessons you chose, and the agreements you made before choosing your current body and life path. My clients often describe this as the most sacred part of the whole LBL experience, because the answers come from the beings who helped plan the life you are living now.

No, sessions are one on one, so spouses, partners and family members do not sit in or watch, even online. Having a partner in the room creates a real distraction. You may find yourself worrying about their reactions, holding back your true feelings or feeling exposed, and the session belongs to you alone. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Many clients do exactly that, and it becomes a conversation starter rather than something they had to filter in the moment.

Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. Safe and supported, you allow the answers to come from within.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they see the agreement underneath.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
