The course is a minimum of 220 hours. Half of that, 110 hours, is live interactive classroom time over Zoom, delivered in intensive four day modules of eight hours a day, Thursday through Sunday, typically every other week, with a follow up module after the main training. The other 110 hours is self directed study, which includes reading, watching educational videos, writing scripts, and a clinical requirement to hypnotize at least five people outside of class so your confidence is built on real experience before you finish.

Asking why they are difficult tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I coach my clients to rephrase and ask what they need to do to have a better relationship or to learn the underlying soul lesson. Under hypnosis, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth soul contracts you made with your family. That perspective is what allows you to release resentment, establish healthy emotional boundaries and find deep peace. In my experience the relationship often softens once you understand what the two of you agreed to work on together.

Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.
