You can still have a full, rich session seeing only black or grey, because you do not need to see anything like a movie. Some of my clients see vivid pictures. Many more experience the past life through impressions, feelings, sounds, or a deep sense of knowing, which is especially common for regular meditators. If you hit a wall where everything is dark, I have ways around it. One of the simplest is asking you to tell me what shoes are on your feet, even if you have to make it up. What typically happens is that the small detail opens the door and the memories start flowing on their own.

Yes, a restroom break is easy to manage, even in a four to five hour Quantum Healing session. If you need one, I guide you up just enough out of trance to take care of business, and when you come back I take you right back down as deep as you were before. Nothing is lost. I am also watching how you are doing physically throughout the session, and if it looks like you could use a break I will ask before you have to bring it up. My clients typically find that a short pause like this is a normal part of a long session and the flow picks right back up where we left off.

Recurring nightmares, restless sleep and even a lifelong inability to remember your dreams are often your subconscious trying to process something unresolved from a past life or a parallel lifetime. They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis.
