The Council of Elders is a group of highly advanced, loving spiritual beings you meet during a Life Between Lives session. They are not there to judge you. Think of them more as a loving board of trustees who review your past incarnations and your soul's progress with you. During this meeting I bring in the list of questions you prepared, so you can ask the Council directly about your overall life purpose, the lessons you chose, and the agreements you made before choosing your current body and life path. My clients often describe this as the most sacred part of the whole LBL experience, because the answers come from the beings who helped plan the life you are living now.

You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up under hypnosis, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. You stay aware the whole time, you can speak to me at any point, and you are in the driver's seat. Clients often tell me the scene they were most afraid of turned out to be the one that helped them most.

Parts Therapy and Gestalt Therapy are hypnotherapy techniques I use to settle internal conflicts while you are in hypnosis. They come into play when different parts of your subconscious are pulling in different directions, say one part of you that badly wants to succeed in business and another part that holds you back out of fear. Instead of fighting those feelings, I guide the parts to speak to each other, voice their concerns and negotiate an agreement they can both live with. Clients often tell me the tug of war eases once each part has been heard. The aim is to integrate your mind so you can move forward with more self trust and less second guessing.

The hypnotherapy certification. There is no way around it and no shortcut through it. The 220 hour program certified through IACT is the foundation the rest of the path stands on. From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. Spiritual Connection and Communication comes after that. Each step is built to make the next one possible.

Asking why all the bad happened tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I invite my clients to ask a different question. Challenges and obstacles are chosen on a soul level before birth to serve as major catalysts for spiritual growth and to teach specific lessons. Rephrase your inquiry into a how or a what question. What do I need to do to move forward? How can I grow from this? Those questions open doors. Under hypnosis, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth plan behind these struggles, and that gives you the clarity and direction to navigate your path with grace. Many people leave a session understanding their purpose going forward for the first time.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in, or of longing for a different family, is common among spiritually sensitive people and those who think of themselves as Starseeds. In hypnosis, my clients often find they carry memories of past lives in advanced or off planet civilizations where the community lived in harmony. After that, Earth's heavy, competitive density can feel shocking and foreign. Revisiting those memories from a safe place validates the homesickness you have felt for so long. Many people find that once they understand where it comes from, they can release the grief of leaving home and settle more comfortably into their purpose here. In my experience, you are simply remembering.
