Yes, I teach professional hypnotherapy and regression certification classes online through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and I have had students from all over the world. The course is a minimum of 220 hours. Half of that, 110 hours, is live interactive classroom time over Zoom, delivered in intensive four day modules of eight hours a day, Thursday through Sunday, typically every other week, with a follow up module after the main training. The other 110 hours is self directed study, which includes reading, watching educational videos, writing scripts, and a clinical requirement to hypnotize at least five people outside of class so your confidence is built on real experience before you finish.

Yes. In my experience, intense phobias that make no sense in this life typically connect to a traumatic final moment in a past one, the initial sensitizing event. Claustrophobia might come from being locked in a tiny medieval cell. A fear of heights often traces back to falling from a high cliff. During the session I establish a hypnotic bridge backward in time to locate that original moment. You observe it from a safe, detached distance instead of reliving it, and that distance is what lets the trapped fear release. Clients often report that a fear they had carried for decades feels much lighter afterward, and many find it no longer runs their choices.

We keep going, and I do not charge extra for the additional time. I treat session length as a moving target because I refuse to rush your healing. A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. If you are in the middle of a breakthrough or a past life review when the typical time is up, I stay with you until the process is safely and fully finished. My clients often tell me that knowing there is no clock running is part of what lets them relax so deeply.

If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.
