Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Spirit guides are separate beings, more like spiritual friends, ancestors or guardian angels, who arrange circumstances to help you along on Earth. The two cooperate to help you navigate your life. In my sessions, some clients feel a stronger connection to their guides while others find it easier to communicate with their Higher Self, and both are normal. I help you find and strengthen whichever pathway opens most easily for you, and in time many people find they can work with both.

Nausea or vomiting during a childhood, womb or past life regression is rare, and when it happens it is a physical release of trapped emotional trauma. One woman I worked with did her online session in her SUV in her driveway and threw up fifteen to twenty times during the session. She insisted on continuing, so I helped her move safely through the memories. Her body was purging a deep past life trauma of being physically restrained, and by the end she described feeling relieved and lighter. If your body responds strongly in a session, it is doing what it needs to do, and you are in the driver's seat the whole way. We can pause any time you want.

I use both dowsing with a pendulum and muscle testing to receive direct, clear yes and no answers from your subconscious mind or your spirit guides. Guides communicate through subtle energetic impulses, and the pendulum and muscle testing act as physical amplifiers of those responses. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Think of it as a second line on the phone. The answers come through your voice first, and these tools give me a fast, reliable way to check them.

In my framework, gratitude is one of the foundations of emotional and physical healing, and gratitude for yourself matters most. During sessions, guides often point out that a client is generous with love and gratitude toward everyone else while holding it back from themselves, and that leaves a person feeling empty and without purpose. When you actively cultivate gratitude for your own soul, your body and the resilience that got you this far, you line up with the frequency of unconditional love. In my experience that shift lets emotional blocks loosen, and clients often tell me their body feels different too, calmer and more at ease. Start with yourself. The rest tends to follow.
