Meditation is generally a practice of quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness. Hypnosis is a guided process with a specific therapeutic or exploratory goal. In a regression session, I use hypnosis to guide you to a particular destination, whether that is a past life, the space between lives, or the root cause of a current challenge.

Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose.
