Yes, and the review starts before you even come out of hypnosis. Immediately after you cross over at the end of the past life, I conduct a thorough past life review while you are still in a relaxed state. That is where you identify any physical carryovers, clear old soul vows and process the lessons. After you wake we complete a debriefing talk to go over what was uncovered. I record every session and deliver an audio copy to you. My suggestion is to listen to the recording with a notebook in hand, because there is typically more in it than you remember, and writing it down is how the insights integrate into your life.

Keep your list to one page, a page and a half at most, and group the questions by category such as physical health, relationships and life purpose. The most important thing is how you phrase them. Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.
