Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Spirit guides are separate beings, more like spiritual friends, ancestors or guardian angels, who arrange circumstances to help you along on Earth. The two cooperate to help you navigate your life. In my sessions, some clients feel a stronger connection to their guides while others find it easier to communicate with their Higher Self, and both are normal. I help you find and strengthen whichever pathway opens most easily for you, and in time many people find they can work with both.

Yes, you can set a clear intention before we go into hypnosis to visit a specific period, culture or civilization, whether that is ancient Rome, Egypt or a Mayan lifetime. I will say that your soul, or Higher Self, ultimately chooses the past life that holds the most important lesson for your growth right now, and that may or may not match what your logical mind is curious about. Even so, a strong intention set during our pre talk acts like a compass. In my experience it often guides your subconscious straight to the lifetime you have been drawn to. So bring the request. We will state it clearly and then let your Higher Self lead.

Yes, they can. Ongoing stomach tightness, nausea, reflux or digestive trouble that nothing seems to account for is frequently a carryover from the way a previous life ended. Someone who died of starvation, poisoning or a stab wound to the abdomen can carry that physical memory forward as a kind of phantom trigger, the body bracing against something that is long over. In the session we look at that event under hypnosis and separate the old injury from the body you have now. Clients often tell me the symptoms ease once that separation is made, and many describe their body finally settling down. It is one of the more common things I see in sessions.

Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and see where the feeling comes from.
