Yes. In my experience past lives are not limited to Earth or to human form. I have had clients regress to lifetimes on other planets. One recalled a world with two blue suns in the sky, blue skin and exceptionally long hands and fingers. I have also guided clients through lifetimes as other species, including one who experienced being an S shaped fish with no eyes and no way to speak. In these off planet or non human lifetimes the soul is going through unique experiences designed for accelerated growth before it chooses to incarnate on Earth. If your session takes you somewhere unexpected, let it. Those are often the lifetimes with the most to teach you.

Keep your list to one page, a page and a half at most, and group the questions by category such as physical health, relationships and life purpose. The most important thing is how you phrase them. Ask How and What questions rather than Why questions. What do I need to do to improve my career gets a practical, actionable answer from your Higher Self, while why is my career stuck tends to bring back the same theme over and over. Focusing your questions on action and resolution is what draws out the deep, useful answers my clients come away with.

You do not need to deliver eloquent descriptions for this to go well. There is no right or wrong way to experience trance, and once the analytical mind steps aside, words come more easily than you expect. I keep my questions gentle and open, things like what do you notice and tell me more, and I let your impressions come out at their own pace. It is a collaboration rather than a performance. Quiet and anxious clients typically find they feel comfortable within a few minutes and share their journey just fine, and some of the richest sessions I have facilitated came from people who barely said a word in everyday life.

Repeating the same difficult situation, whether it is a relationship pattern, an emotional block or trouble standing in your own power, is often a sign of a soul lesson that is still open. If your soul ran into that challenge in a past life and never fully understood or resolved it, the lesson comes around again in this one. Under hypnosis we trace the pattern back to where it started in a previous lifetime. Once your subconscious recognizes the lesson underneath the pattern, something shifts. Clients often tell me that understanding the original source is what finally lets them resolve it and step out of the cycle instead of living it one more time.

Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.
