No, sessions are one on one, so spouses, partners and family members do not sit in or watch, even online. Having a partner in the room creates a real distraction. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Yes, and the review starts before you even come out of hypnosis. Immediately after you cross over at the end of the past life, I conduct a thorough past life review while you are still in a relaxed state. That is where you identify any physical carryovers, clear old soul vows and process the lessons. After you wake we complete a debriefing talk to go over what was uncovered. I record every session and deliver an audio copy to you. My suggestion is to listen to the recording with a notebook in hand, because there is typically more in it than you remember, and writing it down is how the insights integrate into your life.

The hypnotherapy certification. There is no way around it and no shortcut through it. The 220 hour program certified through IACT is the foundation the rest of the path stands on. From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. Spiritual Connection and Communication comes after that. Each step is built to make the next one possible.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you.
