Sometimes, yes. Clients who explore unexplained digestive or stomach discomfort in hypnosis sometimes connect those sensations to a previous lifetime. A person with severe stomach tightness might, for example, recall a past life with an injury to the abdomen. In my framework, memories like that are symbolic carryovers, a kind of phantom trigger the subconscious has held onto. Looking back at the event from a safe, detached observer's perspective lets you process what happened and release the emotional tension tied to it. Clients often tell me they feel lighter afterward. The session is about understanding what your subconscious has been carrying and giving it a chance to let go.

Laptops, tablets and phones all have built in microphones, but they sit too far from your face to pick up soft speech. When you go into a deep hypnotic state your vocal cords relax, and you naturally speak very softly or even whisper. A close microphone means I can hear you clearly and guide you in real time, and it means your voice is captured loudly and clearly on the recording you receive afterward.

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on. Clients are often surprised to realize that a heavy feeling they have had all their lives belonged to their mother. Once you see that clearly, you can hand it back and clear it from your energy, and many people describe a real sense of relief.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow.
