Yes, during a Quantum Healing session you can ask your Higher Self or your spirit guides to do a thorough scan of your body. The scan looks at what you already know about and at anything you may not be aware of yet. I usually frame it across the four aspects of a whole person, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Your Higher Self can then describe what is out of balance, explain the spiritual lesson behind it, and offer insight into what your body needs. Many of my clients find the scan is where the session gets very practical, because the information is specific to them and comes from a part of themselves that sees the whole picture.

The Theta state is the natural, deep brainwave frequency of hypnosis, where the critical analytical mind rests while the subconscious stays wide awake. Yes, I teach professional hypnotherapy and regression certification classes online through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and I have had students from all over the world. The course is a minimum of 220 hours. Half of that, 110 hours, is live interactive classroom time over Zoom, delivered in intensive four day modules of eight hours a day, Thursday through Sunday, typically every other week, with a follow up module after the main training. The other 110 hours is self directed study, which includes reading, watching educational videos, writing scripts, and a clinical requirement to hypnotize at least five people outside of class so your confidence is built on real experience before you finish.

Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on. Clients are often surprised to realize that a heavy feeling they have had all their lives belonged to their mother. Once you see that clearly, you can hand it back and clear it from your energy, and many people describe a real sense of relief.

Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.
