No, sessions are one on one, so spouses, partners and family members do not sit in or watch, even online. Having a partner in the room creates a real distraction. You may find yourself worrying about their reactions, holding back your true feelings or feeling exposed, and the session belongs to you alone. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Many clients do exactly that, and it becomes a conversation starter rather than something they had to filter in the moment.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a deep hypnosis technique that guides you to a very profound level of trance. In hypnosis I use release techniques to separate that battlefield energy from your modern body. Reviewing the event from an observer's perspective helps your subconscious take in that the war is over and that you are safe in your current body today.
