Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Spirit guides are separate beings, more like spiritual friends, ancestors or guardian angels, who arrange circumstances to help you along on Earth. The two cooperate to help you navigate your life. In my sessions, some clients feel a stronger connection to their guides while others find it easier to communicate with their Higher Self, and both are normal. I help you find and strengthen whichever pathway opens most easily for you, and in time many people find they can work with both. That connection happens in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis and Life Between Lives sessions, and it can also include your soul group and loved ones in spirit.

Emotional constipation is my term for what happens to empaths and highly sensitive people who unconsciously absorb other people's stress, grief or anger and store it in their own bodies. That energetic buildup tends to show up as physical tension, worry and fatigue, and you may not connect it to anyone else at all. In a private session I actively locate where those absorbed emotions are being held in your physical body. Then I guide you through a safe release process and teach you custom grounding techniques you can use on your own afterward. Clients often tell me they feel lighter and more balanced once that buildup has cleared, and the grounding tools help them keep it from stacking up again.

Start with either a Past Life Regression or a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session. Those are the two entry points, and either one gives you a solid foundation before you go after the deepest soul memories in a Life Between Lives session. Think of that first regression as training for your mind. It learns to translate subconscious impressions comfortably, you get used to connecting with spirit, and you build a baseline of experience that makes the later, deeper exploration meaningful instead of overwhelming. Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love. When you see these pre birth agreements for yourself in a past life regression or QHHT session, many people find they can look at a hard relationship with compassion instead of anger.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
