Yes. Persistent, unexplainable fears or professional blocks, such as a fear of failure or a block against speaking out, are often rooted in past life traumas. Bypassing the analytical mind under hypnosis allows you to identify the initial sensitizing event, the moment where the fear or block first took hold. Tracing the fear to its origin and realizing the trauma belongs exclusively to a past lifetime allows your subconscious to release the protective blockage. What tends to happen next is that the modern pattern loosens its grip. Clients often tell me they can speak up, take the risk or step into the role they had been avoiding, because the part of them that was guarding an old wound has finally been able to stand down.

Yes, you can set a clear intention before we go into hypnosis to visit a specific period, culture or civilization, whether that is ancient Rome, Egypt or a Mayan lifetime. I will say that your soul, or Higher Self, ultimately chooses the past life that holds the most important lesson for your growth right now, and that may or may not match what your logical mind is curious about. Even so, a strong intention set during our pre talk acts like a compass. In my experience it often guides your subconscious straight to the lifetime you have been drawn to. So bring the request. We will state it clearly and then let your Higher Self lead.

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. Those fast flashes are what some of my clients call fleeting images, so I use that term as well, and I can slow them down. Some of my clients are not especially visual, so a past life memory arrives as a quick scene that appears and vanishes, almost like a slide show. When that happens I use specific hypnotic suggestions that ask your subconscious to let the images settle and hold still long enough to look at. I also shift your attention away from your inner vision and toward what you feel in your body and your emotions, because those channels tend to be steadier. What typically happens is the scene stabilizes, and once it holds we can gather rich, detailed information from it just as we would from a vivid picture.
