This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. Many clients have found relief from unexplained physical pain, phobias, and deep-seated fears through regression. Often, these challenges have their roots in a past life experience. By visiting that lifetime, understanding the origin of the issue, and releasing the emotional charge associated with it, profound healing can occur in your current life. It is a beautiful process of letting go of what no longer serves you.
