Yes, all of my sessions are conducted online via Zoom. This allows you to relax in the comfort and safety of your own home, which many clients find actually deepens the experience. Energy and spiritual connection are not bound by physical distance. You will need a quiet, undisturbed space and a reliable internet connection, and the experience will be just as profound as any in-person session.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through.
