Schedule LBL in Camden, New Jersey

You may already know exactly what you want to explore in a LBL session, or you may only know that something keeps pulling at you. Either way, the session starts with you and what you bring. I am not going to tell you things in the session, because I want you to tell me. I am going to ask you, what do you notice.

The whole thing happens online over Zoom. A lot of people who have done both tell me they prefer online, no traffic, no drive, and you are in your own comfortable place in Camden when the session ends.

3 Step Process to Discover More

What Happens in a LBL Session?

We start by talking, about what brings you and what you want to look at. When you are ready, you close your eyes, and the journey begins. I do not tell you anything, I ask you things, and you describe what you notice. It is a conversation the whole way through, and people tend to go where they need to go.

Before you come back we do a thorough review of that lifetime, to deal with anything you might be hanging on to. Afterward we talk through what came up, and you get a recording of the whole session. My suggestion is to listen back with a notebook, there is usually more in it than you remember.

Is There LBL Near Me?

If near me is what brought you here, here is the honest answer for Camden. All of my sessions happen online over Zoom, so near you means your own chair in your own quiet room. For seventeen years I worked with clients in person, and since 2020 everything has been online.

Your mind is always with you and that is where the change takes place, so what better place for the session than the very place where you want to notice the change. Check the schedule for a day and a time that works for you, and we meet on Zoom.

Where Should I Be for My LBL Session?

It does not really matter where you are, it just needs to be quiet. Most people are at home in Camden, in a comfortable chair with somewhere to rest their head back. Laying down flat is the one thing I ask you not to do, because comfortable and asleep are two different things.

The thing to have ready is headphones or earbuds with a mic, because people speak very softly in the hypnotic state and I need to hear what you are telling me. And it is best to be alone in the room. Depending on who it is, there may be things you hold back rather than say out loud. I record the session and you get a copy.

Did You Train With Dolores Cannon?

I studied with Dolores Cannon for five years starting in 2008, and I studied with Brian Weiss and Michael Newton as well. What I do now is my own version, adapted over years of sessions. Here is the difference. I had been doing hypnosis for five years before I went to study with Dolores. A lot of people learned a method without ever learning hypnosis, and the moment a session leaves the script, it shows.

So whichever session you choose, the hypnosis underneath it is solid.

What If I Could Not Be Hypnotized Before?

That does not mean it will not work here. In over twenty years of doing this, I have found that going into the hypnotic state comes down to how the session is run. I adjust every session in real time, with more than one induction ready if the first one does not settle you. A busy mind is the most common reason people think they cannot be hypnotized, and an interactive session is what quiets it.

People who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.

I am Mark Johnson. I grew up around this work, my father was doing past life regression back in the 1960s when I was a kid, and I have been doing this work myself for over twenty years, more than 3,000 sessions and counting. Since 2020 everything I do is online, which is how I work with LBL clients in Camden, New Jersey and around the world. You can read more about my background on the About Mark page.

Mark discusses Past Life Regression and related topics on a local cable show in south Texas.

I have worked with LBL clients online and in person. Ever since March 2020, all of my sessions have been online. Many of my Zoom LBL clients are inspired to leave a Google review after their session. Don't take my word for it, all of my Google Reviews since 2020 are from online sessions.

Past Life Review

Yes, it was a very powerful session. And, the proof is in the pudding. It’s like that session flipped a switch inside me. I had been struggling with certain things related to vocal technique in choir, and magically, I knew how to fix them all Sunday morning and Monday evening during rehearsal. It worked! And, I wasn’t even planning on it to fix things in that area!

Frequently Asked Questions

No, sessions are one on one, so spouses, partners and family members do not sit in or watch, even online. Having a partner in the room creates a real distraction. You may find yourself worrying about their reactions, holding back your true feelings or feeling exposed, and the session belongs to you alone. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Many clients do exactly that, and it becomes a conversation starter rather than something they had to filter in the moment.

Yes, it can. Physical discomfort that has no clear explanation is often a carryover from a fatal injury in a past life, a kind of muscle memory the body is still holding. One client of mine had years of shoulder pain that traced straight back to being crushed by a falling rock in a previous lifetime. In the session we follow the sensation back to its original cause. Once your subconscious realizes the injury belongs to a body you no longer have, the unhealed energetic trauma has a chance to release. Clients often tell me that the discomfort they came in with eases noticeably, and sometimes what they had lived with for years simply stops making sense to their body.

Yes, I can incorporate cord cutting directly into a past life session. Whenever you share a close, intimate relationship with someone, an invisible energetic cord forms between your souls. Even after a separation or divorce in your physical life, that cord can remain active, and clients tell me they keep dreaming about the person, feel that person's emotional distress or struggle to move forward. To resolve it I pair cord cutting with Gestalt work. You speak your peace to the person's soul and find forgiveness first, and then we safely sever the energetic tie. In my experience the forgiveness piece matters as much as the cutting, because it releases what kept the cord charged in the first place.

Connecting with your Higher Self is part of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, and it is one of the most natural parts of the work, typically from your very first one. To prepare, you write a list of the personal questions that matter most to you. Once you are in a deep hypnotic state, the Theta brainwave frequency, your logical, analytical thoughts step aside. Then I speak directly to your Higher Self and ask it to answer through your voice, or to deliver sudden, clear knowings. Clients often say something like "this just popped in my head," and that is exactly it. What you end up with is an open line of communication and clear spiritual guidance on the questions you brought. The video on the QHHT preparation page, under Sessions in the menu, goes deeper into this connection and is worth watching before your session.

I cannot answer that specifically for you, because everyone is different. That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging is something I hear from spiritually sensitive people, and I am careful not to hand you an explanation before your session. I would rather you discover where the feeling comes from than have me paint a picture in advance, because whatever you find needs to be yours. What I can say is that people who bring this feeling to a session tend to find something that makes sense of it, and once they do, the isolation starts to ease. Bring it with you as one of your questions, and we will let your own experience answer it.

Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and discover where the feeling comes from.
