Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. Safe and supported, you allow the answers to come from within. My own teachers include Dr. Brian Weiss, whose book Many Lives, Many Masters brought past life regression to a worldwide audience.

Yes, a payment plan can be arranged. You do not have to pay the whole session fee up front. You can hold your date with a $100 deposit and pay the remaining balance before your session begins. If you would like to spread the cost out further, there are options that let you split the fee into installments over several weeks. The discovery call is the easiest place to talk through which arrangement fits you, and I am glad to walk you through it there.

Yes. In my experience, intense phobias that make no sense in this life typically connect to a traumatic moment in a past one, the initial sensitizing event. I am not going to guess at what yours might be, because I do not paint a picture. We discover it. During the session I establish a hypnotic bridge backward in time to locate that original moment. You observe it from a safe, detached distance instead of reliving it, and that distance is what lets the trapped fear release. Clients often report that a fear they had carried for decades feels much lighter afterward, and many find it no longer runs their choices.

This is one of the most powerful questions I have added to my list of commonly asked questions, and the answers rarely focus on material success, wealth or professional status. When clients pose it to their Higher Self or guides during the question and answer segment, the guidance typically directs them to look back from the end of their physical lifetime and evaluate their soul level progress. Seen from there, the most significant achievements are typically revealed to be your spiritual growth, learning to practice unconditional self love and the deep, loving connections you shared with others. Clients tell me this answer reorganizes their priorities more than almost anything else that comes up in a session. The full list of commonly asked questions is on the QHHT preparation page, under Sessions in the menu.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. If you have any concern about your particular situation, bring it up on the discovery call and we can talk it through together.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Clients who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.
