Yes. Losing a spouse, partner or close friend can be devastating, and in my framework these deep connections are often guided by agreements made before birth. In my experience partners frequently agree to come into a life together and even choose who will leave first, so that the loss becomes a catalyst for the other person's spiritual awakening and growth. In hypnosis you can connect directly with the soul of your partner on the other side. Clients often receive comforting messages and signs from that meeting, and they come away with a felt sense that the person is still with them in a different way. That is where closure and peace tend to come from.

Your soul is a large, advanced energy field, and the human body can only hold a small part of that intensity. So when you are in the womb, typically somewhere between three and six months of pregnancy, only a small percentage of your soul's energy connects with the developing body to form your human personality. The rest stays in the non physical realm as your Higher Self, watching over you with a broad, protective perspective for your whole lifetime. That is why, in my framework, you can reach your Higher Self so readily in hypnosis. It is the larger part of you, and it has been there all along, before the body and beyond it.

My hypnotherapy and regression certification training hours are recognized by the major professional hypnosis organizations, IACT and IMDHA. For licensed clinical professionals such as LPCs who need Continuing Education Units, the answer depends on your state licensing board's criteria. Each board sets its own rules about which hours it accepts, so I suggest checking with yours beforehand to see whether IACT approved courses qualify. You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable. Refusing to forgive is like drinking a glass of poison and waiting for the other person to die. It only harms you. Forgiving another person, or yourself, while you are in a deep hypnotic state is a different experience from trying to do it with your everyday mind, because the analytical mind is out of the way. What my clients typically report is that trapped emotions like anger and hate finally have somewhere to go, and what replaces them feels like peace and compassion. In my experience that release is one of the most healing things that happens in a session.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll.
