In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

No prior belief is required. Many clients come in with an open but skeptical mind, and the experience speaks for itself. Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room.
