You may already know exactly what you want to explore in a LBL session, or you may only know that something keeps pulling at you. Either way, the session starts with you and what you bring. I am not going to tell you things in the session, because I want you to tell me. I am going to ask you, what do you notice.

The whole thing happens online over Zoom. A lot of people who have done both tell me they prefer online, no traffic, no drive, and you are in your own comfortable place in Noblesville when the session ends.

3 Step Process to Discover More

What Happens in a LBL Session?

We start by talking, about what brings you and what you want to look at. Then you take a deep breath, close your eyes, and the journey begins. I am not going to tell you things, I am going to ask you, and you describe what you notice. It is a conversation the whole way through, and people tend to go where they need to go.

Before you come back we do a thorough review of that lifetime, to deal with anything you might be hanging on to. Afterward we talk through what came up, and you get a recording of the whole session. Listen to the recording later with a notebook in hand, there is typically more in it than you remember.

Is There LBL Near Me?

If you searched for LBL near me in Noblesville, here is the honest answer. Every session I do is online over Zoom, so near you is wherever you are comfortable. I worked with clients in person for seventeen years, and since 2020 everything has been online.

Your mind is always with you and that is where the change takes place, and there is no better place for the session than right where you want to notice the change. Check the schedule for a day and a time that works for you, and we meet on Zoom.

Where Should I Be for My LBL Session?

It does not really matter where you are, it just needs to be quiet. Most people are at home in Noblesville, in a comfortable chair with somewhere to rest their head back. I do not want you laying down flat, because I want you comfortable, not asleep.

The thing to have ready is headphones or earbuds with a mic, because people talk softly in the hypnotic state and I need to hear what you are telling me. And it is best to be alone in the room. Depending on who it is, there may be things you hold back rather than say out loud. I record the session and you get a copy.

What Training Should a LBL Practitioner Have?

My position on this has not changed in twenty years. Training in LBL is not enough on its own, the practitioner needs a foundation in hypnosis underneath it. The hypnotic state is how you reach the memories, and a session rarely goes by the book. A lot of people offering this work learned a method but never learned hypnosis, and when the session goes somewhere unexpected, that is where the difference shows.

I learned hypnosis first, before I studied any of the regression methods, and everything I do in a session is built on that foundation.

What If I Could Not Be Hypnotized Before?

That does not mean it will not work here. In over twenty years of doing this, what I have found is that reaching the hypnotic state comes down to how the session is run. I adjust every session in real time, and I have more than one way in if the first one does not settle you. The most common reason people think they failed is a busy mind, and keeping the session interactive is what quiets it.

Clients who told me it never worked before often say afterward that this time it just happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.

In case you are wondering who you would be working with, I am Mark Johnson, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Second Generation Past Life Regression Therapist. What Clients Are Saying

Past Life Review

This was my first experience with hypnosis and past life regression; I wasn't sure what to expect but I had hope that this would help me understand who I am and some of the events that have occurred in my 62 years of living. Mark spent a lot of time laying the groundwork and preparing me for a very relaxing experience. The time went by so fast, before I knew it 4 hours which seemed like 2 had passed by and I kept thinking I want it to continue. Mark first had me relax and brought me to happy childhood memories, then we went back to my mother's womb. It was vague for me, yet I felt a strong feeling of love and bonding from my mother. In the past life I could recall and sense feelings, smells, even had a sense of taste in the moment. After the experience I was even more curious and started to realize things that I wasn't aware of during the session. Mark is very good at what he does and will make sure to give you his time and energy to help you through your journey and to help you understand your questions. I am very grateful for this opportunity.

Past Life Review

I loved my past life regression session. It was a great experience plus he taught me how to hypnotize myself and personally I'm finding this to be more helpful than meditation. If you're struggling in life and counciling is slow progress and costly....I highly recommend this man and a past life regression session. It's like skipping to the meaning of it all and finding freedom and an spiritual upgrade. Cheers to your health!!

Past Life Review

First of all, I want to say, thank you very much! You are so very skilled in your profession as a Past Life Regression Therapist and you conduct the sessions with such compassion and thoughtful preparation. The fact that you are a certified hypnotherapist appealed to me and you are so very spiritual as well, and open to calling in any and all spiritual assistance in the process is a special gift.

Past Life Review

I just wanted to say thanks again for the session and everything that we spoke about. I have been putting myself into hypnosis every now and then since we met and it's so great to feel like I can easily clear my mind! I have also had a much clearer understanding of what direction I am headed because of everything that came up in the past lives, so great!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth is a firm requirement for every session. Laptops, tablets and phones all have built in microphones, but they sit too far from your face to pick up soft speech. When you go into a deep hypnotic state your vocal cords relax, and you naturally speak very softly or even whisper. A close microphone means I can hear you clearly and guide you in real time, and it means your voice is captured loudly and clearly on the recording you receive afterward.

Yes, fluttering eyelids are a very positive sign during a session. It looks similar to the rapid eye movement of dreaming sleep, and it is a natural physical indicator that your brain has shifted from the active, conscious Beta state into the deep Theta brainwave frequency. I watch for that flutter as valuable real time feedback. It tells me you have moved past your logical thoughts and entered the level of deep trance where the past life work happens. So if you notice it happening, let it. My clients often mention the flutter afterward, and I tell them it was the moment I knew we were in exactly the right place.

Yes. A regression session is about more than clearing old trauma. In my experience it is also a good way to bring forward positive talents and gifts. If you played the piano, painted, wrote or did energy healing in a past life, that knowledge is still held in your soul. When we access that lifetime in trance, I can give your subconscious the suggestion to integrate those old abilities into who you are now. Clients often tell me that afterward learning comes more easily and the talent feels familiar rather than new, which can make a real difference in your career or your creative hobbies. If you have always felt you had a gift you could not explain, that is a good thing to bring to your session.

Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. What I have seen in Life Between Lives sessions is that the decision belongs to your soul rather than to your human personality. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Clients who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.

Those fast flashes are what some of my clients call fleeting images, so I use that term as well, and I can slow them down. Some of my clients are not especially visual, so a past life memory arrives as a quick scene that appears and vanishes, almost like a slide show. When that happens I use specific hypnotic suggestions that ask your subconscious to let the images settle and hold still long enough to look at. I also shift your attention away from your inner vision and toward what you feel in your body and your emotions, because those channels tend to be steadier. What typically happens is the scene stabilizes, and once it holds we can gather rich, detailed information from it just as we would from a vivid picture.
