A past life contract, vow or promise is an absolute decision your soul makes during a difficult lifetime, often using powerful words like always or never. If you do not specify for the rest of this life when you make the vow, the promise bridges across lifetimes on a soul level. For example, a soul devastated by losing a partner might vow, I will never get close to anyone ever again. That contract carries over, and you may find yourself unconsciously sabotaging relationships in your current life without knowing why. During the past life review at the end of a session we identify the contract. Once it has been identified, I give you three options for dealing with it, and that choice is yours, not mine. My clients often recognize the vow the moment they hear themselves say it.

A Past Life Regression is $330 and runs 3 to 3.5 hours. Quantum Healing Hypnosis is $470 and runs 4 to 5 hours. A Life Between Lives session is $650, or for returning clients, and you start with a Past Life Regression or a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session before that one. You can hold your date with a $100 deposit and pay the balance before we begin on your scheduled day, and payment plans can be arranged. If a session goes over, I do not charge extra for it. I am not going to just stop because the clock says time is up. And there is a discount for additional sessions after your first one.

You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up in the hypnotic state, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. You stay aware the whole time, you can speak to me at any point, and you are in the driver's seat. Clients often tell me the scene they were most afraid of turned out to be the one that helped them most.

I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis. It happens without interrupting your experience at all. Between the camera, the count and the ongoing conversation we keep through the whole session, I always have a good read on where you are.

Connecting with your Higher Self is part of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, and it is one of the most natural parts of the work, typically from your very first one. To prepare, you write a list of the personal questions that matter most to you. Once you are in a deep hypnotic state, the Theta brainwave frequency, your logical, analytical thoughts step aside. Then I speak directly to your Higher Self and ask it to answer through your voice, or to deliver sudden, clear knowings. Clients often say something like "this just popped in my head," and that is exactly it. What you end up with is an open line of communication and clear spiritual guidance on the questions you brought. No, your future is not set in stone. The way I understand it, you take part in a planning process before you are born. Your soul chooses your parents, your body and the main lessons you came here to learn, things like compassion or patience. What I have seen in sessions, though, is that this plan is a high level outline of major milestones rather than a minute by minute script. Once you are here, you have full free will. When you reach a crossroads in life, your choices decide which way you go, so what lies ahead is a set of probable outcomes rather than one fixed destiny. The plan gives you the big picture. How you walk it is up to you.
