Allow me to introduce myself, I am Mark Johnson. I have been around Hypnosis and Past Life Regression since I was a young child in the 1960's. I had the opportunity to watch my father hypnotize people and take them back to past lives starting around the age of 10. I grew up in Charleston, SC, but now I live in East Texas. Will I remember what happens during the session?

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

What if I cannot be hypnotized?

Many people are surprised when they realize how natural hypnosis feels. It is a state we enter naturally every day, such as when we are daydreaming or just before falling asleep. My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state. As long as you have a genuine desire to experience the session and are willing to follow my voice, you can be guided into the appropriate level of trance for this deep inner work.
