Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. Regression to Cause is a foundational hypnotherapy technique for finding the initial sensitizing event, the very first moment behind a current block, fear or unwanted habit. It builds a bridge backward in time and follows the feeling to where it began, and that can be earlier in this life or in a past life. The details of the event are not the important part. Discovering the emotion is. Once we are standing at the origin we resolve it there, and in past life work that origin is often the lifetime where the whole pattern started. Finding the true source is what makes the release hold.

The easiest tell is how the message arrives. Your own logical thoughts involve active thinking, weighing and planning, and you can feel yourself doing the work. A message from your spirit guides or Higher Self lands all at once as a sudden clear hunch or a knowing, and my clients describe it the same way again and again, saying something like this just popped into my head. It arrives without effort and feels distinct from thinking. Learning to trust that line of communication without arguing with it is a real milestone in spiritual development. At the end of your session I teach you a self hypnosis anchor so you can settle into the relaxed state where those messages are easiest to recognize and trust on your own.

Recurring dreams of combat or fighting are often your subconscious trying to process unhealed past life trauma, or a parallel lifetime, while you sleep. Sometimes that spills over into intense physical sensations or waking up exhausted. In hypnosis we can go into those recurring dream scenes safely, locate their original source, understand what they are trying to tell you and find emotional closure. Once the subconscious has done that work, it tends to let go of the protective loop it has been running at night. Clients who came to me with dreams like this often tell me their sleep became peaceful again. Your dreams are trying to get your attention. A session gives them somewhere to be heard.

Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. What I have seen in Life Between Lives sessions is that the decision belongs to your soul rather than to your human personality. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.
