In my framework, karmic debts or unresolved patterns come with you from past lifetimes when your soul did not fully take in a key lesson from an experience. During the past life review near the end of a session, you get to look at those difficult cycles with a wider view. When you consciously identify the lesson your soul was meant to learn, forgiveness or self trust for example, the pattern loses its grip. Clients often tell me that once they see the lesson clearly, they stop repeating the same painful loop in this life. That is what clearing karma looks like in practice, understanding rather than punishment.

Yes, in my experience chronic tightness or discomfort in the throat and neck area often connects to an unhealed past life event, something like a neck injury, a hanging or a throat wound. Emotionally, a tight throat can represent a lifetime of held back truth, a deep fear of being wrong or of speaking out. In hypnosis we go to the initial sensitizing event and release the trapped energy. What clients tend to report afterward is that the throat area feels more open and that speaking their truth comes more easily. Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced. Because these sessions run long, Zoom records the whole thing automatically and I send you an audio copy afterward. That recording matters more than people expect. Details slip away in the days after a session, and hearing your own voice describe what you saw brings them right back. I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep.
