Yes. ADHD, a busy mind or a hard time with silent meditation has not kept my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state that everyone cycles through every day, and you do not have to sit perfectly still to get there. Over twenty years I have developed ways of stacking several hypnotic inductions on top of one another, and that layering is designed specifically to keep a busy analytical mind occupied so it can step aside. It is a progressive relaxation, so the overactive conscious mind is gently guided out of the way rather than fought with. What my clients with ADHD typically find is that the constant activity in their heads is no barrier at all, and deep subconscious memories come through just as easily.

In hypnosis we go to the initial sensitizing event and release the trapped energy. What clients tend to report afterward is that the throat area feels more open and that speaking their truth comes more easily. Yes. Positive talents and abilities from past lives, things like writing, teaching, music or healing, are carried forward in your soul's cellular memory. One client of mine had always been drawn to flying, and on his very first lesson he could handle the plane by instinct, because he had been a pilot in a previous life. When we access those lifetimes in trance, I ask your subconscious mind to bring those positive talents forward with you. What tends to happen is that abilities you have barely touched become easier to learn and to amplify, and clients often find themselves using them in their careers or creative work in ways they had not expected.

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on.
