Both sessions start the same way and the difference is what happens after the past life. In either one I guide you through happy childhood memories, the womb, and one or two past lives to resolve whatever is lingering. A Past Life Regression finishes after the past life review and your self hypnosis training, typically three to three and a half hours, and the price is 330. Quantum Healing Hypnosis keeps going after the past life. We connect directly with your Higher Self or spirit guides and work through the list of personal questions you prepared, which is why it typically runs four to five hours at 470. QHHT is the most popular choice for a first session, and I suggest Past Life Regression mainly for people who are heading toward Life Between Lives.

Healing on a spiritual level is very possible in a session, and it is not a magic wand. Here is how I explain it to my clients. If a physical challenge or a long running illness is tied directly to a lesson your soul came to Earth to learn, your Higher Self will not simply erase it, because that would interfere with your growth. What tends to happen instead is that your guides hand you breadcrumbs, actionable instructions on what you need to do to heal yourself. Sometimes they grant partial relief, easing a good share of the symptoms, to assist you while you actively work on the lesson. So ask for healing, and stay open to the form the answer takes. In my experience the help arrives in the way that serves your growth best.

The Council of Elders is a group of highly advanced, loving spiritual beings you meet during a Life Between Lives session. They are not there to judge you. Think of them more as a loving board of trustees who review your past incarnations and your soul's progress with you. During this meeting I bring in the list of questions you prepared, so you can ask the Council directly about your overall life purpose, the lessons you chose, and the agreements you made before choosing your current body and life path. My clients often describe this as the most sacred part of the whole LBL experience, because the answers come from the beings who helped plan the life you are living now.

Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love. When you see these pre birth agreements for yourself in a past life regression or QHHT session, many people find they can look at a hard relationship with compassion instead of anger.
