Many of my clients tell me they sleep better after a session, and it comes from something I teach at the very end. Right before I bring you out of trance, I teach you self hypnosis and set a post hypnotic trigger. I guide you to anchor a deeply relaxed, quiet state of mind that you can call up at bedtime, with the suggestion that when you close your eyes and use the technique you drift off and rest through the night. I also send you a written handout afterward that walks through how to practice the self hypnosis daily, so it becomes a habit rather than a one time experience. Better sleep is one of the most common things people report back to me.

We choose to incarnate on Earth specifically to experience physical density, navigate relational challenges and master vital spiritual lessons like patience, courage or forgiveness. I describe Earth to my clients as a challenging, fast paced school for soul level growth. Your human mind may feel overwhelmed by physical limitations or life struggles, and at the same time your soul chose this era, this body and this family to resolve unfinished lessons from past lives. Many people tell me that seeing the plan changes how they feel about the struggle, because it turns out they signed up for it on purpose.

The honest answer is that this work has limits, and it is better you know them up front. It is not always a visual experience, and some people with very analytical minds need a little extra help getting out of their head. Things can come up that happened in a past life that are uncomfortable, and if you do not deal with them during the experience, it is possible that they may linger, which is why it is best to have somebody working with you instead of going it alone with a recording. The problem with a recording is you cannot interact with it. Preparation matters too. I have rescheduled a session rather than rush someone through it unprepared. What I can tell you is that you are in control at all times, and your guides are not going to let you go to something you cannot handle.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they discover the agreement underneath.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your guides directly about your intuition, and better access to it is one of the commonly asked questions my clients bring. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.

No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session built around you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.
