A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state.
