A past life contract, vow or promise is an absolute decision your soul makes during a difficult lifetime, often using powerful words like always or never. If you do not specify for the rest of this life when you make the vow, the promise bridges across lifetimes on a soul level. For example, a soul devastated by losing a partner might vow, I will never get close to anyone ever again. That contract carries over, and you may find yourself unconsciously sabotaging relationships in your current life without knowing why. During the past life review at the end of a session we identify the contract. Once it has been identified, I give you three options for dealing with it, and that choice is yours, not mine. My clients often recognize the vow the moment they hear themselves say it.

We keep going, and I do not charge extra for the additional time. I treat session length as a moving target because I refuse to rush your healing. A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. If you are in the middle of something important or a past life review when the typical time is up, I stay with you until the process is safely and fully finished. My clients often tell me that knowing there is no clock running is part of what lets them relax so deeply.

Yes, this is called a proxy session, and I offer it for younger children and children with special needs where direct hypnosis is not appropriate or practical. In a proxy session I hypnotize a parent, usually the mother, and guide her through childhood, the womb and a past life to build energetic depth. Once she is connected with her Higher Self, I ask permission to connect with the child's Higher Self. The child's Higher Self then speaks directly to me through the parent's voice, offering profound insights, explanations for behaviors and direct healing guidance for the family. Parents often tell me it is the first time they have understood what their child has been trying to communicate.

The easiest tell is how the message arrives. Your own logical thoughts involve active thinking, weighing and planning, and you can feel yourself doing the work. A message from your spirit guides or Higher Self lands all at once as a sudden clear hunch or a knowing, and my clients describe it the same way again and again, saying something like this just popped into my head. It arrives without effort and feels distinct from thinking. Learning to trust that line of communication without arguing with it is a real milestone in spiritual development. At the end of your session I teach you a self hypnosis anchor so you can settle into the relaxed state where those messages are easiest to recognize and trust on your own.

Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements, and in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your higher self about them directly. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis. It happens without interrupting your experience at all. Between the camera, the count and the ongoing conversation we keep through the whole session, I always have a good read on where you are.
