Yes. In my experience, souls travel and reincarnate together in groups, often taking on roles as mother, father or sibling across many lifetimes. For twins the connection is especially intense, since they shared the womb and communicated with each other before birth. Even when one twin does not survive the pregnancy, that soul's energy often stays close as a spiritual guide. Of course you can. Quite often my clients mention my therapist this, my therapist that. Any kind of hypnotherapy, I consider it to be complementary, and I choose that word deliberately. Alternative would mean you do not need your talk therapy, and that is not what I am saying. This can add another dimension to what you are already doing. You can bring the idea up with your therapist, and some therapists are really open to this work. I teach therapists how to do hypnosis, and a lot of the ones I teach go on to learn past life as well. Some are not open to hypnosis at all, much less past life, and that is true in any profession, some are open, some are not. Yes, have your normal morning coffee or tea. If you drink caffeine every day, skipping it can give you a headache that makes it harder to relax, which is the opposite of what we want. Just keep it to a cup or two rather than the whole pot so you do not arrive jittery. A light meal beforehand is fine too. The one thing I ask is to go easy on water and other liquids right before we begin, so you are not needing restroom breaks while you are in trance.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session built around you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.
