A soul retrieval is a process I can weave into any regression when a piece of you seems to have gone missing. Extreme trauma, a near death experience, or the sudden loss of someone deeply loved can cause a fragment of your soul energy to leave or to stay with the person who passed. That is why people often feel empty, incomplete, or unable to find joy years after a devastating loss. It is not a separate session. Within your regression we locate that missing fragment, gently detach it from the deceased, and bring it back into your being. My clients often describe a feeling of wholeness returning, like a part of themselves they had forgotten is finally home.

You can still have a full, rich session seeing only black or grey, because you do not need to see anything like a movie. Some of my clients see vivid pictures. Many more experience the past life through impressions, feelings, sounds, or a deep sense of knowing, which is especially common for regular meditators. If you hit a wall where everything is dark, I have ways around it. One of the simplest is asking you to tell me what shoes are on your feet, even if you have to make it up. What typically happens is that the small detail opens the door and the memories start flowing on their own.

An earthbound soul is a human spirit that left its physical body at death but did not cross over into the light, staying stuck on Earth because of confusion, fear or lingering attachments. These spirits can attach to the living as energetic nuisances. A dark force entity, or DF, is different. It is a non human, negative energy that has never lived in a physical body. I use clinical Spirit Releasement Therapy for both, calling on the Archangels to clear them safely. My clients often ask which one they are dealing with, and the pendulum and muscle testing help me verify exactly what is present before we begin the release, so the work is precise rather than guesswork.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they see the agreement underneath.

Connecting with your Higher Self is one of the most natural parts of a session, and it typically happens in your first one. To prepare, you write a list of the personal questions that matter most to you. Once you are in a deep hypnotic state, the Theta brainwave frequency, your logical, analytical thoughts step aside. Then I speak directly to your Higher Self and ask it to answer through your voice, or to deliver sudden, clear knowings. Clients often say something like "this just popped in my head," and that is exactly it. What you end up with is an open line of communication and clear spiritual guidance on the questions you brought.
