Emotional constipation is my term for what happens to empaths and highly sensitive people who unconsciously absorb other people's stress, grief or anger and store it in their own bodies. That energetic buildup tends to show up as physical tension, worry and fatigue, and you may not connect it to anyone else at all. In a private session I actively locate where those absorbed emotions are being held in your physical body. Then I guide you through a safe release process and teach you custom grounding techniques you can use on your own afterward. Clients often tell me they feel lighter and more balanced once that buildup has cleared, and the grounding tools help them keep it from stacking up again.

Yes, a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth is a firm requirement for every session. Laptops, tablets and phones all have built in microphones, but they sit too far from your face to pick up soft speech. When you go into a deep hypnotic state your vocal cords relax, and you naturally speak very softly or even whisper. A close microphone means I can hear you clearly and guide you in real time, and it means your voice is captured loudly and clearly on the recording you receive afterward.

We choose to incarnate on Earth specifically to experience physical density, navigate relational challenges and master vital spiritual lessons like patience, courage or forgiveness. I describe Earth to my clients as a challenging, fast paced school for soul level growth. Your human mind may feel overwhelmed by physical limitations or life struggles, and at the same time your soul intentionally selected this era, this body and this family to resolve unfinished lessons from past lives. A session helps you step out of linear time and connect directly with that original pre birth plan. Many people tell me that seeing the plan changes how they feel about the struggle, because it turns out they signed up for it on purpose.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.

Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and see where the feeling comes from.
