A past life imprint is a detailed spiritual memory of an Earth lifetime that does not actually belong to your own soul's history. In my framework, some people are Starseeds or new souls who have never incarnated on Earth before. Because they lack the human experience needed to adapt to Earth's heavy physical density, their spirit guides may give them an imprint of another soul's life to serve as a supportive baseline, a bit like a starter map for living here. In hypnosis I can help you tell the difference between your actual past lives and these helpful imprints. Both carry value. Knowing which is which simply gives you a clearer picture of your own soul's journey.

You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up under hypnosis, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. If you are in the middle of a breakthrough or a past life review when the typical time is up, I stay with you until the process is safely and fully finished. Yes. Once a loved one crosses over, their consciousness stays fully awake and aware of your life, and in my experience they can hear your thoughts. Many of them stay close and step into the role of a spirit guide. During the question and answer portion of a quantum healing session, a spouse, parent or family member who has passed can come forward. They may offer comfort, specific signs to watch for, or direct messages that arrive through your own voice or as an inner knowing. Clients often describe this part of the session as deeply healing, and for many it brings a sense of closure they had been missing.

In my framework, gratitude is one of the foundations of emotional and physical healing, and gratitude for yourself matters most. During sessions, guides often point out that a client is generous with love and gratitude toward everyone else while holding it back from themselves, and that leaves a person feeling empty and without purpose. When you actively cultivate gratitude for your own soul, your body and the resilience that got you this far, you line up with the frequency of unconditional love. In my experience that shift lets emotional blocks loosen, and clients often tell me their body feels different too, calmer and more at ease. Start with yourself. The rest tends to follow.

Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love. When you see these pre birth agreements for yourself in a past life regression or QHHT session, many people find they can look at a hard relationship with compassion instead of anger.
