Yes. In my experience, long standing tight spots, discomfort or throat chakra blocks are frequently carryovers of past life injuries such as strangulation, throat wounds or hangings. Your modern body holds onto that trauma as a phantom physical trigger. Under hypnosis I use release techniques to locate and examine the death scene or the injury from a safe, detached observer perspective, so you see it without reliving it. Realizing the trauma belongs exclusively to a past life lets the body set the physical trigger down. Clients often tell me the tightness eases during the review itself, and that they finally have an explanation for something no one had been able to account for.

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. Past lives affect your current life mostly through the moments that were never resolved, especially a traumatic death or a severe injury. Those experiences can leave what I call a bleed through, a kind of muscle memory that your body still carries. Drowning in a past life can show up today as an intense fear of water or boats that makes no logical sense. A fatal injury can show up as ongoing physical discomfort in that same spot with no clear explanation. In a deep hypnotic trance you can safely revisit the original event, and what tends to happen is that your mind separates that old experience from the body you have now. Clients often describe a heavy energy lifting once that separation is made.

Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.
