The Council of Elders is a group of highly advanced, loving spiritual beings you meet during a Life Between Lives session. They are not there to judge you. Think of them more as a loving board of trustees who review your past incarnations and your soul's progress with you. During this meeting I bring in the list of questions you prepared, so you can ask the Council directly about your overall life purpose, the lessons you chose, and the agreements you made before choosing your current body and life path. My clients often describe this as the most sacred part of the whole LBL experience, because the answers come from the beings who helped plan the life you are living now.

Yes. I regularly work with clients who want to explore an unexplained visitation or a missing time experience in hypnosis. Rather than reliving the event in a painful way, you observe it from a safe, detached distance. I guide you back to the moment of the encounter so you can recall the important details, one client heard a telepathic voice say no fear, and release the panic or confusion that has been attached to it. On the day itself, keep your regular morning coffee or tea if you drink it daily, because caffeine withdrawal can bring on a headache right when you want to be relaxed. Just limit the amount so you do not arrive feeling jittery. Go easy on liquids right before we start too, so you are not needing constant restroom breaks in the middle of a past life. Beyond that, my clients do best when they come in curious and rested rather than trying to make anything happen. The preparation is simple on purpose.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.

I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis. It happens without interrupting your experience at all. Between the camera, the count and the ongoing conversation we keep through the whole session, I always have a good read on where you are.
