Yes, soul family shows up in sessions all the time. We travel and incarnate with a soul group over many lifetimes so we can work through lessons together. The people closest to you today, a partner, a sibling, a parent, a close friend, were very often with you in earlier lives, though their bodies, genders and cultures may have been entirely different. During the review in a Past Life Regression or a Life Between Lives session, I help you connect the patterns, recognizing who your present day companions were in those past scenes and what shared agreements or karmic lessons you are working out together now. My clients often tell me this is what makes a difficult relationship finally make sense.

A soul retrieval is a process I can weave into any regression when a piece of you seems to have gone missing. Extreme trauma, a near death experience, or the sudden loss of someone deeply loved can cause a fragment of your soul energy to leave or to stay with the person who passed. No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session tailored to you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.
