In my framework, long standing physical discomfort in your current body is often tied to unhealed past life trauma or intense unresolved emotion. Specific emotions tend to settle in specific organs, and fear in particular is associated with the kidneys. In deep hypnotic trance we use regression to cause, which means going back to the initial sensitizing event that triggered the fear in the first place. Processing and releasing that old emotion from a safe distance lets the energy held in that area of the body clear. Clients often tell me they feel a physical lightness afterward that matches the emotional relief. The body has been carrying what the soul went through, and this work gives it permission to let go.

Your soul chooses your parents, your body and the main lessons you came here to learn, things like compassion or patience. What I have seen in sessions, though, is that this plan is a high level outline of major milestones rather than a minute by minute script. Once you are here, you have full free will. When you reach a crossroads in life, your choices decide which way you go, so what lies ahead is a set of probable outcomes rather than one fixed destiny. The plan gives you the big picture. They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll.
