A soul pod or soul family is a close group of spiritual beings who incarnate together repeatedly, swapping roles as parent, child, friend or rival to help each other grow. One thing I have noticed in sessions is that parent and child relationships do not always come from the same immediate soul cluster. Children often originate from sister clusters, so a child can be deeply connected to you and still belong to a neighboring group. Many people are surprised to learn which friend or rival has been traveling with them lifetime after lifetime.

It can happen, especially if you put down too many questions. A page to a page and a half is really the best limit. I do not give a number, but do not write in a tiny font to squeeze more in, because what happens with too many questions is the answers start repeating. The questions might be different, the answers start to repeat. Here is the thing though. I do not work by the clock, and I leave a pad at the end of my session. I had a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session recently where we talked longer than usual up front because she needed that, she was starting to get tired, and we did not get to her questions at all, so I invited her back for a follow up session at no charge to get to them. Typically we do get to the most important questions. Put yours in priority order with the important ones at the top. I will not always ask them in that order, because what I have learned over the years is that the big questions get a better answer once we have rapport going with spirit, with your higher self or your guide. So I might hold a big one back until that rapport is established, and if I skip your first few questions, I will come back to them.

Yes, it is extremely common. Our souls incarnate across genders, nationalities, cultures and social classes to experience a rich, well rounded spectrum of lessons. It also explains a lot of the unexplainable attractions people bring to me, that pull toward a specific culture, a style of jewelry, ancient pottery or a particular historical era. No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session built around you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.

Your Higher Self and your guides are deeply committed to your soul's development, and that means they will not cheat on your soul's test. If giving you a direct answer to a question on your list in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session would interfere with a lesson you are meant to figure out on your own, they hold back. Revealing your exact future or solving a hard lesson for you would rob you of the growth you came here for. When this happens in a session I pivot. I ask what steps you can take to learn the lesson yourself, and the guides typically offer helpful breadcrumbs while preserving your growth.
