We choose to incarnate on Earth specifically to experience physical density, navigate relational challenges and master vital spiritual lessons like patience, courage or forgiveness. I describe Earth to my clients as a challenging, fast paced school for soul level growth. Your human mind may feel overwhelmed by physical limitations or life struggles, and at the same time your soul intentionally selected this era, this body and this family to resolve unfinished lessons from past lives. A session helps you step out of linear time and connect directly with that original pre birth plan. Many people tell me that seeing the plan changes how they feel about the struggle, because it turns out they signed up for it on purpose.

Yes, they can. Ongoing stomach tightness, nausea, reflux or digestive trouble that nothing seems to account for is frequently a carryover from the way a previous life ended. Someone who died of starvation, poisoning or a stab wound to the abdomen can carry that physical memory forward as a kind of phantom trigger, the body bracing against something that is long over. In the session we look at that event under hypnosis and separate the old injury from the body you have now. Clients often tell me the symptoms ease once that separation is made, and many describe their body finally settling down. It is one of the more common things I see in sessions.

Yes. Losing a spouse, partner or close friend can be devastating, and in my framework these deep connections are often guided by agreements made before birth. In my experience partners frequently agree to come into a life together and even choose who will leave first, so that the loss becomes a catalyst for the other person's spiritual awakening and growth. In hypnosis you can connect directly with the soul of your partner on the other side. Clients often receive comforting messages and signs from that meeting, and they come away with a felt sense that the person is still with them in a different way. That is where closure and peace tend to come from.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced. Because these sessions run long, Zoom records the whole thing automatically and I send you an audio copy afterward. That recording matters more than people expect. Details slip away in the days after a session, and hearing your own voice describe what you saw brings them right back. I recommend listening to it more than once with a notebook beside you so the insights have a chance to settle in.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.
