You may find yourself worrying about their reactions, holding back your true feelings or feeling exposed, and the session belongs to you alone. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Many clients do exactly that, and it becomes a conversation starter rather than something they had to filter in the moment.
