You are safe if the Zoom connection drops, and we have a plan for it before we begin. During the pre talk I establish a simple protocol. If you do not hear my voice for a minute or two, you naturally and gently open your eyes and emerge from hypnosis on your own. Then you redial on Zoom or call me back on the phone and we resume where we left off. On my end I have fiber internet with a backup connection, and I block off an extra hour or two on my schedule so any connection hiccup can be managed without rushing your session. My clients tell me that knowing this ahead of time takes the worry off the table.

Empaths are highly sensitive people who act like energetic sponges, soaking up the heavy emotional baggage of everyone around them and holding onto it. An earthbound soul is a human spirit that left its physical body at death but did not cross over into the light, staying stuck on Earth because of confusion, fear or lingering attachments. These spirits can attach to the living as energetic nuisances. A dark force entity, or DF, is different. It is a non human, negative energy that has never lived in a physical body. I use clinical Spirit Releasement Therapy for both, calling on the Archangels to clear them safely. My clients often ask which one they are dealing with, and the pendulum and muscle testing help me verify exactly what is present before we begin the release, so the work is precise rather than guesswork.

Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable. Refusing to forgive is like drinking a glass of poison and waiting for the other person to die. It only harms you. Forgiveness of self can create powerful healing as well. Forgiving another person, or yourself, while you are in a deep hypnotic state is a different experience from trying to do it with your everyday mind, because the analytical mind is out of the way. What my clients typically report is that trapped emotions like anger and hate finally have somewhere to go, and what replaces them feels like peace and compassion. In my experience that release is one of the most healing things that happens in a session.

Because a Life Between Lives session asks for a great deal of hypnotic depth and a very quiet mind, and that takes some preparation. LBL is the pinnacle of spiritual regression, and a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first. When I check a client's readiness for LBL with my pendulum or muscle testing, my guides often suggest waiting two to three months after that first session. The gap gives you time to process and integrate what came up in the past life work, builds up what I call your hypnotic muscle memory, and leaves you energetically prepared to enter the spirit realm comfortably. In my experience that patience pays off in the depth of the LBL session itself.

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life.
